I always enjoyed writing stories but I didn’t take it seriously until in 2016 when I created a universe I then called Future Tense, now as Orchidiem. What was a simple art class assignment became the breeding ground for my future writing career. I wrote pages upon pages of lore for the scifi horror I once planned. Thanks to that I was able to start from somewhere and since then I’ve been building upon it with new characters and worlds.
My previous finished novel is The Shadow of Love, a psychological horror. It started as initial illustrations based on Vibeke Love, a character from my previous comic, HollowsEnd. This is also a pitch demo I made, still in progress, but is the closest to how I envision my comic.
I am currently wrapping up my second novel, Hollows End, Book I of a trilogy. A story about an amnesiac woman who searches for her past with the help of a talking book and the ghosts of his chateau known as HollowEnd. This page is from a demo pitch before I converted it into a novel.
